USGA Finalizes New Rules of Golf for 2019


The 2019 version of the USGA's Stroke and Distance Rule

USGAAfter months of discussion, feedback and conferencing with the world’s golf governing bodies, the United States Golf Association has announced the new Rules of Golf that will take effect on January 1, 2019.

In total, these new Rules changes cover the following topics:
– Ball at Rest;
– Ball in Motion;
– Taking Relief;
– Areas of the Course;
– Equipment;
– Playing a Ball;
– When to Play During a Round; and
– Player Behavior.
