“Troon was hired by ownership on a three year contract to help finish the course, open the course, then spread the word,” Friedman said today. “The contract ended November 1st and Troon had fulfilled the terms. They had us on the right path. So ownership elected to move on.”
With the change, Valley of the Eagles now has greater flexibility for membership packages and passes, as pricing and inventory was something VOE had ceded to Troon as part of their deal.
