In a downright cold Black Friday Jumble at Fox Den, Dave Trier and Mike Armour posted a solid 4-under par front nine Scramble, finishing tied with two other teams for the top spot in that segment. They continued their good play on the Better Ball back nine, reaching a 7-under par total after Trier rolled home a long birdie at the par-4 15th.

But playing along side Armour and Trier, Ty Kovach and Allen Freeman stayed just close enough throughout the day then made birdie on their final three holes to tie them for the top spot at 64, while winning the Better Ball segment outright.

One shot back in a tie for third place overall, Josh Prok and Kent Monas knotted with Tyler Watkins and Brian Beebe (who also grabbed a share of the best scramble score). Complete results…
