The Northern Ohio PGA tournament season culminated with the Shaker Shoot Out, featuring the top 30 players off the regular points list and the top 10 off the senior point list at Shaker Heights Country Club.

After a Better Ball qualifier, the top four teams of Rob Moss/Trevor Thomas, Mike Stone/Trent Maxwell, David Morgan/Gary Trivisonno, and Milton Carswell/Tom Waitrovich started the Shoot Out on Hole #1.

The team of Rob Moss/Trevor Thomas was eliminated after a chip off one Hole #1, and the remaining three teams moved to hole #8. Then the team of Mike Stone/Trent Maxwell was eliminated after making a bogey. The remaining two teams of David Morgan/Gary Trivisonno and Milton Carswell/Tom Waitrovich moved on to Hole #9,where the team of Milton Carswell/Tom Waitrovich won the 2018 Shoot Out with a par.
