Huge Crowd Roars at the 2015 Hackers Turkey Shoot

Hackers Turkey Shoot
The early evening crowd reacts as a qualifying round shot from Bert Cruz heads toward the bottom of the cup!

Hackers Bar and GrillA crowd of more than 200 people showed up on the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving for the 2015 Hacker’s Turkey Shoot closest-to-the-pin contest.

The players and fans were loud with plenty of cheering for well struck shots — and the two hole-in-ones made during the qualifying round by Matt Depero and Bert Cruze created a flat-out roar!

67 players knocked at least one ball into the 8-foot circle around a hole 60 yards from the tee to qualify for the Finals.

As a big crowd jammed wall-to-wall around the tee and watched during the Finals, players took to the box one at a time to try to win one of the 20 prizes up for grabs.

In the end, Joe Conjenti won the evening by hitting his best Finals shot 10 inches from the hole — just one inch closer than runner-up Andrew Jaeger! Complete results below:
