yuenglingThe 2018 Yuengling Tuscarawas County Amateur Championship is slated for Saturday and Sunday July 28 and 29.

This annual 36-hole tournament at Zoar Golf Club is open to any amateur golfer with a handicap of 10 and under. The event features three divisions with the competitor’s division determined by the first day’s score.

Tee times begin at noon each day.

Eric Crone is the defending First Flight champion. Eric Williams won the second flight and Mitchell Burcher was champion of the 3rd flight in 2017.

Friday evening the 27th will be the Yuengling Light Long Drive Challenge, starting at 6pm.

Entry fee is $110 for the tournament and must be submitted by July 25th. Contact the Zoar Golf Club pro shop at 330-874-4653 for entry.
