Oates, Smith Tie for CGA Chippewa Win

Brian Smith and Dave Oates both shot rounds of 1-over par 72 at Chippewa Golf Club in Doylestown on Sunday to tie for the win in the inaugural Championship Golf Association event of the 2010 season.
Three other players tied at 73 in the individual stroke play event, and 6 skins were won on the day:
